OPPI

A personal Telegram assistant for organizing work at ÖPPEN STUDIOS and TMPLT.

OPPI can help find projects in the DOCMAN project catalogue, create and manage tasks, save work agreements, and prepare a digest from information stored in its local workspace. It can also prepare a DOCMAN action card for manual follow-up.

When AI replies are enabled, OPPI uses the OpenAI API to interpret a message and draft a response or proposed action. Structured actions are checked by the application. DOCMAN and FINA are not run automatically by OPPI.

Google Sheets access

OPPI requests read-only Google Sheets access (spreadsheets.readonly) to refresh the DOCMAN REGISTER project catalogue, specifically its “Проекты” tab and the project fields needed to identify projects. The Google permission itself can technically read other spreadsheets available to the authorized Google account; OPPI’s catalogue reader is configured to request only the DOCMAN REGISTER spreadsheet and does not request Google Drive, Gmail, or write access. Google data is used only to provide this project lookup and task-linking feature, in accordance with Google API Services Limited Use requirements.
