Privacy Policy
This policy describes how OPPI, a Telegram assistant for work at ÖPPEN STUDIOS and TMPLT, handles information.
Information OPPI handles
- Telegram messages: messages sent to the OPPI bot, Telegram chat and message identifiers, timestamps, and processing status. In the current configuration, OPPI stores incoming messages only when the sender and chat identifiers match the configured owner and the chat type is private.
- Work records: tasks, deadlines, statuses, saved agreements, proposed actions and decisions, plus internal references to the Telegram messages that supplied them.
- Project catalogue data: project names and folder identifiers read from the “Проекты” tab of DOCMAN REGISTER to resolve a project and link tasks to it.
- AI request data: when AI is enabled, the current message, a limited amount of recent conversation, and selected local work records are sent to the OpenAI API to generate a reply or proposed action. If needed for the selected task, this limited context may include a project name or DOCMAN folder identifier. OPPI records API usage totals for its budget controls.
Google user data
OPPI uses the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly to read the DOCMAN REGISTER project catalogue. The application code targets that spreadsheet and its “Проекты” tab; it does not request Google Drive, Gmail, or write permissions. The scope is account-wide at the Google API level and may technically allow reading other spreadsheets accessible to the authorized Google account.
Catalogue data is used to identify existing projects, resolve ambiguous project names, and link OPPI tasks to DOCMAN folder identifiers. OPPI does not copy Google Drive contents or financial registers into its task database. OPPI’s handling of Google user data is limited to user-facing project lookup and task-linking functionality and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. It does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to answer the owner’s Telegram requests, maintain task and approval history, display project and task lists, prepare digests, and create manual DOCMAN action cards. OPPI does not automatically run DOCMAN or FINA, and it does not send documents to clients.
Telegram messages and responses pass through Telegram to provide the bot service. When AI is enabled, the limited message and context described above are sent to OpenAI’s API. Google Sheets is accessed read-only to refresh the project catalogue. OPPI does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Choices and contact
